Coastside farms offers delicious, freshly caught and smoked salmon, trout, and lox, as well as salmon jerky. All the albacore and salmon sold by Coastside are wild-caught in Alaska each week, then brought to San Jose to be smoked and sold. The fish is smoked simply with the use of brine and hardwoods, nothing else, which gives the fish a rich, smoky flavor.
