Dandelion Chocolate was founded by Cameron Ring and Todd Masonis in 2010.
Dandelion Chocolate is a local company offering delicious, small-batch bean-to-bar chocolate that is meant to showcase the variety of different flavors naturally found in chocolate. They roast, crack, winnow, grind, melange, and temper their chocolate directly from the bean. Dandelion currently offers three varieties of chocolate, each with its own distinct flavor. Their Colombia variety is sweet and mellow. Their Venezuela harvest is spiced with hints of cinnamon and other spices. Their Madagascar variety has hints of fruits including cherries and berries. Each bar is molded and packaged by hand.
