Thank you for supporting the first season of the Mission Community Market! This first year was full of youth programs, community events, murals and delicious foods on Bartlett Street all because of your support for this upstart, non-profit marketplace.

Only with your tax-deductible donation can we bring the same and more next year! Donate now to bring murals, youth, and health programs onto Bartlett in 2011. See more.

Here’s what the future holds:

  • Tomorrow, December 16th will be the last community marketplace until April 7th. But…
  • January – March: the MCM will be hard at work adding murals, street improvements and talking to the community around Bartlett. Stay in touch for mural markets – special evenings to celebrate new murals.
  • April 7th: Spring Back with MCM’s 2011 Grand Opening.

A new beginning for this wall to come…

This Thursday is the Last Market til April 7th!

Put Your Art in Bartlett

Posted on by Jeremy in Blog | Leave a comment

For the last two markets of 2010, you have the chance to put your own Art on Bartlett. How? In 2 ways:
1. Join the Story Board
What’s YOUR vision? Take a minute to stick your visionary idea for Bartlett Street or the MCM on Storyboard SF. More public art? Different street design? More this, less that?? Your turn to tell. Hosted by Chris Treggiari.
2. Enter the Tea Pot
The TeaPot Cube will be illuminated with prints from three local artists and a chance to screen print your own holiday wrapping paper! Warm yourself with tea and recycle paper into fun wrapping. Thanks to Tea Pot SF for hosting! Want to bring your art to Bartlett? Email mcm@missioncommunitymarket.org
