This week we will have a very special activity at the market- a cooking demo from Dilsa Lugo. Dilsa brings her passion for cooking all the way from her garden in Cuernavaca Mexico. Dilsa is a La Cocina graduate and she owns and operates Los Cilantros, a local and organic Mexican food caterer. Dilsa strongly believes in the benefits of farm to table practices for her business and her community which is why she wants to share her recipes with you.
