As many as 75% of people with Hepatitis C are infected but don’t know they have it, and viral hepatitis is a silent, but serious epidemic affecting the Latino community.  At the center of MCM’s mission is our responsibility to promote the health and well-being of the community we serve.

To raise awareness of this important health issue, MCM is proud to host a group of bilingual community advocates and health educators on Thursday May 16 to provide information and medical and testing referrals. Stop by their booth in the center of the market and learn more about viral hepatitis!
