Welcome to the newest change to Bartlett Street! Internationally-acclaimed mural artist ROA has graced the neighborhood with more in his menagerie. This is the second of many murals to be completed on Bartlett Street. Stay tuned while we fix up more walls, green the street and make it safer for the neighborhood!

Thanks to all those who made the Mission Dolores Mural happen, including Margaret Healy and the Mexican Museum! Last week all the artists and many community donors were able to celebrate the re-creation of the 200 year-old Mission Dolores Mural on Bartlett Street! Thanks so much for all of your help. It’s been an honor to have San Francisco’s First Mural painted by Jet Martinez, Bunnie Reiss and Ezra Eismont on this block. Many thanks to Ben Wood for photo documenting and bringing this mural to light.

Dontaye prepares the pulled pork in a 3-day braising and smoking process. He also makes a mean strawberry lemonade and bottles his own BBQ sauce for sale at MCM!

Dontaye first started selling sandwiches on the street at the tender age of 19. In three minutes he had a line outside clamoring for more! And he hasn’t looked back since. Good Foods started in 2009. Now, Dontaye, his sister Jasmine and their family are at 3 farmers markets, including the Mission Community Market!

Get Good Foods BBQ, grab a street seat, and listen to the music this week @ MCM! 4-8pm.
