Her recipe this week is for a pasture-raised 4505 Meats lamb burger with cherry tomato salsa over mashed potatoes with a mixed greens salad. All the produce included in this recipe is local and organic, sourced from Happy Boy FarmsWinters Fruit TreeTwin Girls Farm, and Blue House Farm. The Chef’s Market box features fresh ingredients that have been carefully selected and sourced from the Mission Mercado vendors. What makes our Chef’s Market Box Special?
